Positives: Never partook of the breakfast but it looked decent enough. We also didn't use the pool or fitness center but they were both awesome looking.

Negatives: I understand not changing out linen to conserve water but our beds for the three nights we stayed there were NEVER made and our garbage was only changed the third day. The cost of $200+ per night was also a bit steep.

Negatives: We have stayed here before no issues so we like the hotel. however this stay was a spring break for the kids, did not go well. Pool and hot tub were closed for repair. We were told it would be fixed the next day so we stayed, and it wasn't fixed our entire stay they just kept saying the next day, but the next day never happened. Apples were rotting in fruit bowl and there were no other choices of fruit. The juice machine was out of order No milk for cereal No yogurt No water in cooler in exercise room

Negatives: We didn’t end up staying here. The room type we reserved wasn’t available. The first one they sent us to had not been cleaned. The second one they sent us to had only one double bed (we reserved two queens). We asked the staff member at reception if we would receive a discount, and she said we would have to speak to the manager (but manager wasn’t available). We used the second room to change quickly so we wouldn’t be late for a funeral, and then we never returned. Cancelled the reservation later that day, and have been trying to get a refund ever since. Not impressed with the hotel or Booking.com at this point!
