Property was nice and clean.
Negatives:
Was very upset, at 7:50 in the morning staff was vacumming the hallway banging into the doors. Then housekeepers banging on our door multiple times between 8:30 and 8:45 to come in and clean. I was still asleep. I finally yelled from bed there are people still trying to sleep in here. Check out wasnt supposed be until 12. My wife and I were off the property by 9:30 was not impressed one bit.

We like staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and have stayed many times. The location is good for us and being next to the mall and lots of dining options is very convenient.
Negatives:
The last few visits I have found the hotel starting to show age. Furniture in the rooms is showing wear and tear. The removable shower head was missing buttons. One of the lamps didn't work. And the beds, although still comfortable, are starting to feel like they've been used a lot. This particular stay we had a bad smell coming up the drain in the bathroom. Maintenance was there to fix it quickly but it's an issue with this room apparently so perhaps it could be looked at more often. Walking into a room with a sewer smell wasn't pleasant. It had also snowed quite a bit on the day we arrived and it took a long time to clear out the parking lot and then it was so slippery it was dangerous. With taxes the nightly rate was in the neighbourhood of $300. That's a lot to pay for a hotel that isn't top notch.
