It was a very pleasant hotel.

Never book this hotel! We were driving tired from Montreal and looking for hotel with the hot tub, the description said that they had one. After making the reservation, we called to find out how long it was open, it was around 9 pm. We had a 20-minute drive to the hotel. At the front desk we were informed that the sauna, hot tub and pool are not working. We asked to cancel the reservation, to which we received a response: contact the booking customer service. Booking services told us that they will send a request for free cancellation, but the hotel canceled this request and charged us the money.

The hotel is old, smells bad, terrible breakfast

It was a big room. Staff barely noticed I existed. Speaking to them got no response. Ok, I'm English but sorry about being born into that. The room was clean. The location is off the highway but out of town.
We ended up here because of a storm.

Pillows,a huge piece of metal sticking out from bed frame which almost seriously injured my husband. No one on the desk at 8pm. On top of that left my pillow on our trip to Mtl on Dec 15 When I phoned twice they passed the buck. When I came back through on Jan 3rd they could not find my pillow,obviously some one took it.
