Don’t even advertise you have a pool. My kids couldn’t even use it. It was Green and maybe 20 Celsius. We had to book a time at the Fredricton pool. Massive let down.

The room was nice, and the pool area is very unique
Negatives:
The pool was freezing! I made sure the pool was open before booking. Didn’t realize it would be too cold! My three year old couldn’t do it, she was shaking from the cold.
There was some guest on the main floor that seemed homeless? They opened their door and I was walking by, threw a towel into the hall and yeah something inaudible at me. It was really strange and was a bad first impression of the place.

The staff are unable to communicate with there clients.. the rooms are dirty. As well as every other area..the pool and hot tub are disgusting the only good thing was the restaurant..this used to be an amazing place that was a great place to go for work or leisure..now it's gone down hill un a Big way..they charge you for a place that's unacceptable for anyone to stay..I was very disappointed with the way the Ramada is now..and while staying there we weren't the only ones who felt this way!.shame it's gone so badly .

We come to this property quite often, and enjoy location, the pool, the rooms and friendly staff
Negatives:
This visit to the hotel was a bit different, we requested a king room with view. We got a queen room with no view so that was disappointing. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The pullout bed didn’t have any bedding and was flat and springy. The phone in the room 135 did not work and this time around the hot tub was green.

Positives:
The courtyard was fantastic, such a nice atmosphere and the rooms were clean and tidy with excellent customer service.
Restaurant was also amazing.
Negatives:
There was a party in the room below us and 1 room over that turned violent, I did not get any sleep and I was there for an examination the following morning, it took too long for the cops to be called after complaints... this fight went on from 10pm to 6am before police were called because of screaming bloody murder, throwing things, you name it... if this wasn't a factor, my stay would have been tremendous!
There were a few things missing/broken in the room when we checked in but nothing major.

Positives:
Cool courtyard. Nice restaurant with good food. Hotel set up was nice. Price was great, location was great.
Negatives:
Rooms could be cleaner, no drains on sink or tub, bed makes noise when moving. Lots of children running around at all hours, so would be good for families but not adults. Group of 4 adults could not use hot tub or pool near 10pm because was still full of children.

The pool area was full of small kids totally unsupervised all the adults was sitting around tables drinking... many from glass bottles nobody watching the kids as many as 10 jumped in hot tub with me throwing a beach ball
