We always stay here when we come to Moncton. They always have a great hot breakfast and thats why we stay. This morning the oven was down And no breakfast. Outside of our room the place was unkept.

I had requested a drive up room on the main floor and received an email confirming that my request would be done at no extra charge, when I arrived at the hotel they had me booked in a room on the second floor. They did get me a room on the main floor but charged me extra
