Cleanliness/ look in the halls and corridors could use a fresh look and deep clean/ new carpets. Hot tub was out of commission . Coffee was terrible, didn’t drink it.

Hole in bathroom wall was the first downer. Then find the latch lose on the door, not safe. Then ironing board hook came lose on the wall, screws not anchored properly. Pool needs a good scrubbing along the edges, looks scummy.

Rooms were not clean. Mirror was installed over tap faucet so you could not turn tap on to wash hands. We mainly went for the pool and it was so disgusting the whole length had algae. Our family and others ended up with rashes after 20 mins.
