The lighting in the room was very poor. The desk lamp was so dim I had to look inside the shade to see if in fact it was actually on. The lighting in the powder room is old and dull. Not adequate for applying makeup, for example. The bath towels were much shorter / smaller than average. Not big enough to wrap around an average size adult body.
We ate supper at the restaurant inside the hotel. The beef vegetable soup was awesome. I wish I had ordered two bowls and had only that for supper because the pasta dish we ordered was not good. I was hungry and could only manage about 1/4 of what was on the plate. There was too much basil, it overpowered everything.

First off the staff was amazing, greeted with a smile, the room was so nice, clean, quiet and the beds are to die for. Having a great restaurant/pub on site is a bonus. The location is wonderful with many eateries and bars.
Negatives:
absolutely nothing, and anyone who gives bad reviews are just prima donna's or trouble makers just looking to give a bad name for their Karen behaviour
