I loved the older style of the building, it gave off a very elegant vibe. The bellman was well dressed and very welcoming. The front desk staff were informative & friendly.

Parking was too expensive. I feel it should be included in the listed price for your room.

Elegant & welcoming atmosphere

Great location, staff is friendly. Food in dining room is good.
Rooms are clean/well kept other than needing repairs and basic upgrades.
Negatives:
Overall feels like it needs a good coat of paint. Elevators feel like they are in a low-income building. One elevator was under repair but there were no signs so no one knew why it took so long.
There was a piece of artwork actually missing from our room - with hooks still there we informed front desk who also found that strange.
