Positives:
Breakfast was nice I think if I had to pay 20.00 I would not feel I had the value for my money however, it was included with the room and that was a bonus.
Negatives:
The building was tired looking for what I was paying I thought it would look better outside. The inside was alright. They need to power wash the outside and re-stain it. The exterior does not match the inside. They also need to post how far away they are from the General Hospital. I could not find this out this information anywhere. I was reasonably close maybe 15 min. away.

There was no coffee twice, and the eggs were down to the last bit
Also, I invited 2 extra people to breakfast (I paid, of course), but that seemed to throw the hostess off

The staff were exceptional. The bed is comfortable, the fireplace is great.
Negatives:
The TV/Cable is outdated so if you don’t bring your own means, you can’t watch too much.
Also, there were chips under the bed and couch that were not ours. Aside from that, everything was wonderful!
