The hotel is a short drive to anything you need, including Niagra Falls. The breakfast was good.
Negatives:
My inital room on the 6th floor had a very noisy AC, they could not fix it, so they moved me to another room on the 2nd floor which ended up been worse. Not only was the AC also loud, but the refrigerator, dogs barking, doors slaming, it was way worse.
