The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice.

All the lighting in the rooms are a harsh florescent turning everything a dim grey. There was no shampoo and conditioner in our suite so we had to ask... and wait.
The heating system by the bed was very loud and made a rattling noise and the mattress was very soft and not supportive, which made sleeping difficult. The sliding closet door kept getting stuck so we couldn't hang up our things.
The gym was very small and fit for a maximum of 3 people, however there were 6 eager exercisers sharing space at one time.

No extension cords tv and outlet was in a bad position. We had to set up our fire stick in the main sitting area. We wanted to watch a movie in bed. But, couldn't so we had to go to the couch instead. When we called to ask front desk if they had an extension cord. They didn't, in the future might be a good idea to invest in something like that to commidate your guests.

Positives:
The mattress was a bit soft on one side (the one closest to the bathroom, so most used) and the black out curtain didn't cover the whole window so a bright parking lot light shone directly into the room. Those are the ONLY small complaints. The handicapped room was very large (lots of room for my rollator) with well appointed walk in shower, and with sink, mirror and amenities table designed for wheelchair access. Hooks were at wheelchair height (they often aren't in handicapped rooms). Check in was warm, welcoming, quick and efficient, as was checkout. The handicapped room was very close to the lobby (most hotels locate them down the far end of the longest hallways). There is disabled parking right beside the entrance. There are two restaurants on-site - a very good steakhouse and an equally good Denny's and both offered room service. Wifi was excellent. Great indoor pool. The hotel is literally right off the 403, for easy off and easy back on in the morning. The room and bathroom were pristine, the entire hotel clean and well appointed. I would very happily stay at this hotel again.
Negatives:
That bright light shining straight onto the head of the bed was annoying. Also the room thermostat and/or the individual heating cooling unit didn't appear to work. Most people wouldn't mind, but I find 21.5C a bit warm for sleep and I like to have fresh air at night (usually the 'fan' function would draw in fresh air). But, really, these are small issues compared to all the very positive aspects for disabled persons staying at this hotel.
