Positives:
We liked the breakfast but not that much food,need bacon and better choices..the game room was nice needs work fixing some,the bumper cars price to ride is way to much for kids..we liked the room...The ice machine needs lots of work,and also needs to get more then one cart at the front door for luggage...
Very good that it's pet free..
Negatives:
When you ask a housekeeper for more shampoo and stuff they say we gave you some stuff the day before,but don't understand four people need more then a small Shampoo and even toilet paper.

Breakfast was not very impressive staff not very friendly overcooked eggs n sausage guesses heard staff say "we'll just reheat left overs for tomorrow. Missing a lot of condiments no hash browns. Area was not cleaned as guesses got the breakfast. Mess on tables n floor.if some things was empty guesses has to wait for staff to come out ... I have worked breakfast in a hotel and this is very poor staff/service
Area should be keep clean
Staff should be wearing gloves and a hotel shirt / name tags ..so ppl know who your staff is and smile . Food should not be left empty staff should be checking every 10 minutes. And on the floor to assist guess not in back room. staff did not wipe tables off as guess left so it was clean for next guess ... it was so sad that I was standing in line waiting to make a waffle which there was no waffles on my first day there was on the 2nd and 3rd the batter was so thick that it did not come out of the container and as I stood there and waited to make a waffle I had three guests come over and ask me if I worked there because I helped guess ...with the lids on eggs n sausage trays held them up . Help get waffle batter out by removing the lids and pouring it in to cups .. so in short your breakfast needs improvements..last year on my stay breakfast was over the moon .. . One more thing...the pool was cold ..and the floor always had puddles . No staff ever wiped up the pool area with mop throw out the day...and i almost fell down the stairs at the hot tub ...thank God I was abel to grab the hand rail.
I stayed for three nights
I not once got house keeping service unless I went into the hallway and asked for things for my room. House keeping should be checking on rooms that are stay overs to replenish the room

The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating! I like that breakfast was included. The rooms were clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool and the arcade.
Negatives:
Not much to complain about, the sauna in the woman’s change room didn’t work and the workout room only consisted of out outdated machines that barely worked

Restaurant attached was expensive- well prices were good but little charges that were not expected were pricy
Like my kids asking for a Shirley temple instead of juice for kids meal- crazy it was a $5 extra charge. Never been charged extra for fountain pop or Shirley temple and she didn’t even tell me so finding out it was an extra $10 for that was off putting
Ceaser was $10- that’s very expensive
Gravy in a very small side cup was $2.50
I live in Toronto and don’t pay those prices.

They should put waffle machine in a different spot because even if you wanted sausage and eggs u had to wait in same line
It would be good to get an extra waffle maker because we waited over 20 min in a line up for waffles
$6 a person for 4 min number cars is crazy
