The shower walls had mould in between the tiles, the surface of the base of the shower was damaged. There was an electrical outlet with wires showing that did not have a face plate in the kitchen

The pillows were way too soft. I prefer a firm pillow. We noticed that the floor by the desk & door needed to be swept there was a lot of hair. The rest of the room was perfect.

The room was spacious and clean, beds were pretty comfy. All the furniture was in good shapenothing looked old or worn. We appreciated that the property was dog friendly.
Negatives:
We were placed in a room directly across the hall from the pool and fitness center, and at check in we were told it can be loud. We were only there for one night, so no big deal. I cant say we werent warned, but I had no idea how many times Id hear MARCO! POLO! until the pool blessedly closed at 10:00 PM. If you need an early night, I would ask to be put in a room far away from the pool.
Other minor gripe is that the pillows were under-filled and not very comfortable, though that may come down to personal preference.

Poor communication.Breakfast not explained that a coupon is required,this was not given to us on arrival,once sorted we were given a bill which is confusing and told it gets sorted later with coupon.For a 2 night stay there was no housekeeping ,our beds were not made.After a day out we arrive back to our room to find our keycards dont work,after a visit to reception we find out they were registered for a one night stay and not two.
