Clean! When I walked in I could smell the cleaning products, which was a bit strange but it made me reassured that they really cleaned the space before we arrived.
I also loved the balcony views and the location, it was within walking distance to a nightclub that I went to. :)
Negatives:
Paid a lot of money, and the flooring was chipped. The screen on the balcony door was broken. The shower also had weak water pressure. The tap water also wasn’t that great, which is understandable though since it’s downtown Toronto.
All of these things are things I could live with, but the price of the hotel made it a bit irritating? Like I didn’t get what I paid for.
Also don’t like how the booking changed from what I got on the internet from when it transitioned to booking.com. Just found it confusing how I paid for 5 adults and complimentary parking, but when I arrived at the property, I was told I didn’t pay for complimentary parking and then got charged 35 dollars for the fifth adult that I had already paid for.
Again, I wouldn’t mind such things if I hadn’t paid a lot for one night.
