Great location, could easily walk to all the places we wanted to see, easy walk to subway and buses, plenty of food nearby. Starbucks and restaurant in the hotel. Staff were great, upgraded our room just because there was a better one available.

Some rooms are pretty far from the elevator, didn’t bother us.

I specially like the location of the hotel. It is so convenient to get to many sights and to the Union Station. The room is big and spacious and clean. Big desk and space for all our travel items and trinkets. Housekeeping staff and front desk staff are courteous and professional.
The breakfast selections were quite basic for the cost. Although our room included breakfast.
