I booked a King room and got a Queen room - called reception and they didn't pick up. Messaged them and got no answer. I'm sure I could have gotten a cheaper or better hotel if I didn't specify that we wanted a King bed. booking.com was of zero help either.

Nice pet friendly hotel
Positives:
The location was nice and had a lots to do around and the subway is just down the street.
The room was a really good size.
Negatives:
No hot water, barely luke warm.
It was not clean, so much dust behind the bed our allergies raged.
The wall socket from the room was pertruding and seem very unsafe.
The blinds where broken and let so much light in.

This was the time we stayed in this hotel. We like the location, staff and the restaurant. However, this time around there were some young adults on our floor that were screaming and we wondered if someone was getting sexually assaulted. We had to call Reception a few times to deal with the issue. This went on for at least 45 minutes. It was around 2100 hrs, not very late but still very threatening. We really like this hotel because of its location. Staff are very helpful, the restaurant is good (one of the reason we stayed here again). It is also walking distance to the Art Gallery and nice stores.

Positives:
The breakfast was limited and expensive relative to expectations. We went down the street (as suggested by a staff member) and were fed well.
Negatives:
Clearer instructions on where to park would have been nice. The exercise room was limited as well.
