Room needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. Stayed 4 nights, couldnt get towels for all 4nights had to get them each day. Coffee maker didnt work. Asked for bottom floor no smoking. Had to take a smoking room and there was empty rooms. I booked weeks in advance and asked for bottom floor, no smoking
