Positives:
Made for a very good nights stay with choices of nearby restaurants. The morning desk clerk that was also taking care of a nice breakfast on Nov. 10th was excellent. Truly talking with her.
Negatives:
Was a little hard to find at twilight time since the signs location was set back off the road.

This is the only hotel in Arab, so there aren't any other choices. The lady at the desk did offer to refund my money but it was late and we would have had to find a hotel in another city so we stayed.

Our non smoking room smelled like smoke. There were cigarette burns on the bedspread and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The TV didn't work (2nd room, 2nd stay, same problem) and overall it was just not good.

This is pretty much the only hotel in Arab. The room was okay. The lady that checked us in was friendly.
Negatives:
TV did not work, sink was dirty, no washcloths, and there was a bath mat complete covered in mildew in the shower. There was no one at the desk to speak to when we checked out.

Nothing was good. Absolutely nothing

The bed was hard. The floors were dirty. There was blood splatters on the wall. Every pice of furniture was worn out and extreamly dirty.
