Our reservation did not go throuh to the front desk. Had to wait for front desk clerk to find our reservation. Was very early morning due to traveling. Our dead bolt on our door didnt work. Not much of a choice fOr breakfast. Only 1/2 a cup of hot coffee available in the morning. No time to wait. Desk clerk had her nose in a computer, did not acknowledge we walked in the door in the morning, did not welcome us with a hello or a good morning

This was the worst experience Ive ever had!! The old lady in the front was absolutely awful! Roaches in bathroom. The door was open when we got to our room. Batteries wouldnt work in remote. Then when I asked for some more the old lady acted like it was a major inconvenience for her then asked if I could just change from the tv? What??? Then told me she would just give me a refund to just go get my stuff. She was absolutely the rudest old lady.
