Building needs to be renovated, leaking ceiling. Everything is out dated. Safety violation waiting to happen.

The staff. TIME TO CLEAN HOUSE!!! They gave my room away from me and my family and downgraded us. They wouldn’t allow me to cancel without charging me the full amount. $549 for the room, got charged over $750.

The room size was spacious. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Breakfast was limited, they only gave vouchers to omelets to certain guest, people were at breakfast half dressed, should have a dress code. No respect for others. The pool or gym was never offered to us at check in. Plus they had a power outage and we couldn't get a key. I was told the was booked with no rooms went outside on the booking site and booked a room.

We had to call for the pull out couch linens. One pillow was included. We called down later for more pillows and it was never delivered. Our room smelled of smoke rhe entire time. There were parties on both sides smoking the entire time. The music was horrible.
