We came on a very busy weekend, there was a Concert, Game and something else was going on, and you were booked to capacity, people were waiting on the lobby for their room, but the young lady at the front desk was working hard to get everyone into their rooms and she made us feel comfortable while we were waiting z I can't remember her name but she was the one with tattoos on her arms, that young lady needs a raise, between her and the supervisor that was on shift they kept in contact as the staff cleaned the room, they released to the next person waiting my hats off to them, because it was an overwhelming situation and they got through it. Job well done. I will definitely be staying again.

Short staff on cleaning crew and the Queen pullout sofa only came with one pillow, one flat sheet, and a light throw blanket "not enough cover"

the disrespectful casisher, they where playing didnt care about the customers that was standing in front of them trying to get check in. they were very unprofessional. no training skills at all. i started to find another hotel.

The fact that the room was dirty and unsafe. The shower door actually fell on me when I was trying to shut the door. The staff in the morning blew me off and then tried charging me!!! There was also a room that was being occupied by an employee that was beating himself up in his room. You can also see out between the window and the wall.

The staff was unprofessional, and I was not provided a room key upon checking in. Per Jennifer, their machine was inoperable to provide a room key. Never receive it before checking out. This made it impossible to leave my room to attend breakfast or anything I may have desired to participate in. Upon checking out, the new staff all were in the lobby due to a situation, asked if we were checking out, and was told to exit out the side door. I stated, " I booked through a third-party, please ensure my receipt is sent to my email because I am going to file a complaint about my experience. My statement was met with laughter and no concerns as to why.
