Room was very clean and comfy. Plenty of room. We brought our fur babies and they are big boys and the staff was very accommodating. All the staff was very friendly, especially at the front desk. The shower was always hot and the little kitchenette was very helpful.
Negatives:
The only things I can think of is that we had less than a half roll of toilet paper when we got to our room. The shower handle was a little janky. It needed tightening up. The last thing is room location with pets. It would have been easier if the rooms reserved for pets were on the 1st or 2nd floor and on the end with an exit door to a dog area. Instead of having to go through the front of the hotel with a dog needing to use the bathroom.

The property and rooms were not clean. Hallway floors werent vacuumed, there were substances running down multiple walls in the room that had dried on, and a couple light fixtures were broken.

We had a great stay! Our room was spacious and comfortable. When we left my daughter left her Nintendo Switch behind and we didn't notice until a week later. When we called the staff had put it away and had it ready for us to pickup at the front desk.

The staff was exceptional! I'm sorry, I don't remember the young ladies name that checked us in, but all the handicapped parking was taken and she made sure we had a place upfront! Miss Ernestine was wonderful! She made sure we had everything we needed and brought coffee to me as well!! Absolutely no complaints!
