Room was clean and decent....
Positives:
The mattress didn't feel very comfortable at first but once I laid down on it I had a really good night's sleep. Pillows were very comfy. The hotel location is nice with restaurants and shopping nearby.
Negatives:
Doors were dirty, elevators were broken, hair dryer did not work, lamp at table did not work. Upgrades needed.

When they got us in the correct "double room" is was clean and MUCH better. The morning waffles were good, no bacon, coffee was weak.

Checked us in to a room that was not clean and a single instead of a double. The staff was evidently short , so maybe that's why it wasn't the most friendly day.

This was a good location...

Large room. Average clean for a hotel. Good location. Felt safe.
Negatives:
Consistently no hot water!!! The bed is hard. I was on the 5th floor and the elevator was out one day. The main issue is the hot water throughout the hotel. It's like they turn it off. So, if you don't like cold showers, stay somewhere else.

Not good ,just cereal . Pet charge excessive, first time I had to pay for my miniature snauzer at a laquinta hotel.
