Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Mold smell. Changed room. Room door lock battery died. Family locked out. No maintenance onsite to fix. No other room. Had to wait for front desk clerk to get free to open door with manual key. One person had to stay in room at all times to ensure access. No on-site restaurant.

We booked a weekend here for Furnace Fest back in Jan of 23. Booking.com failed to notify us that this place was apartments now starting back in May 23. If it wasn’t for the property owner, didn’t get his name, we would’ve been in more of a predicament than we were. He was so very nice and kind, I wish we could have stayed there because he was such a genuine person and really wanted to help people.

Booked this hotel months ago, Front desk called me at 8am the morning we was supposed to check in and informed me they was no longer a hotel they was an apartment complex and would not be honoring any stays. After I even received a confirmation email like everything was fine the week before our trip we had already traveled over 3 states away to get there just to find out we had to pay triple the amount to stay somewhere else last minute because there was no rooms available in the area. Very frustrating and I hope no one tries to book a room an stay here.

The worst customer service ever

Room was good. However the quest services were poor or actually NON EXISTENT
Negatives:
Gust Services. The young man who was there didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Started he was from corporate office and none of the hotel employees were there. The Wi-Fi internet did not work - I went to office to complain - it was Closed - door locked with a note taped to it that someone should be there in 15 minutes. There we two couples waiting to check - they both left and indicted they would be contacting Booking about the situation. We had to use our “personal” hot spot for internet. Plus when we left on Saturday morning office was still locked. We access the office area with our key - left our room key with a post it note stating room number and time we left hotel (6:00am). We will NEVER stay in a Sonesta ES because of this experience. Plus I received a bill indicating only a $0 balance. No entry explaining what had been charged. One other note thre was supposed to be a breakfast provided- DID NOT EXIST AREA WAS DARK! Based on these items our night should have been comped or at least reduced for non existent services.
