Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Terrible! Save your money. They overbooked the hotel . We asked for late check in because we were traveling from Ohio. They gave away our room even though I confirmed late arrival twice and it was approved. The lady at the front was horrible and said too bad we have no rooms and they had already charged our card. I have yet to receive the money they were supposed to refund from March 22nd and it's April 11th. Have NEVER had worse customer service at 1 AM. My husband, myself, and three teenagers had to sleep at a local rest stop until we could make it a little bit further. We never complain but made sure to leave a review to save others the trouble!
