Positives:
The breakfast was good. The orange juice made my son sick. The air conditioner did NOT work in the room, so we slept with the window open
Negatives:
Cold foods and drinks for breakfast should all be kept refrigerated. The AC was broken, as well as the physical part of the unit (the face of it fell off.) I would suggest the housekeepers double check with the ac, frig, faucets and lights during the time they're in the rooms. Waffles and the bed, itself, were the best parts of the stay. That's it. You would think, after paying $217 for 2 nights, I expect to at least have a working air conditioning unit.

Positives:
It appeared that the room we were in had been painted and new carpet had been installed in the last few months. Our room was very clean, and the mattresses were comfortable. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. All the guests were respectful of their neighbors - we didn’t have any noise problems. We would stay here again.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud and hanging loose from the ceiling. I know the maintenance workers stay busy, but perhaps they can check the rooms for small things that need fixed.

First room given window didn't lock on first floor and room next to had window open for two days. The next room given was decent but love seat in room hard as rock.

It was a good location, with plenty of food options around. The employees were sweet, and it was an easy process to check in.
Negatives:
The room that we were put in was not clean.. They had milk in the fridge, they had gummy bears under the bed, and the bathroom mirror hadn’t been cleaned. That’s not it, but it was enough.

Positives:
Beds and pillows were comfortable for us. Property seemed like it was located in a good and quiet area. It was centrally located. Walking distance to a lot of different places. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast provided was exactly what we needed to start the day. Options with hot (egg and cheese omelet, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc) and cold (cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc) items. Overall, it was a good stay and got the job done of needing to lay our heads down at the end of the day.
Negatives:
The roach and fleas in the room. It is a pet welcoming property. The room seemed like there were quite a few repairs that could have been done, the drywall around the shower rod looked like it had been patched over and over. I was worried it might come down again. Not a strong pressure from the shower head. The clock in the room was blinking the whole time, didn’t work.
