Positives: The staff went above expectation and she made us feel welcome .

Negatives: The door to the room kept sticking and was tricky to open . Once it closed it made a lot of noise just to get it open . I'm sure the neighboring guest was irritated.

Positives: The staff was friendly and were doing the best that they could with what was under their control.

Negatives: 1. Bed frame creaked loudly all night like it would break any moment. 2. We could hear the couple next door talking, using the toilet, having “relations”and more. 3. Breakfast at 8 am. No coffee made. Only selection available was two bagels, some bread, cereal, apples and cheap pancake mix. (Syrup and batter were inedible.)The only employee on duty (also covering front desk) had just 3 days on the job.

Negatives: Our room had dirty sheets. Staff was nice enough to bring us more which were also dirty. We did get clean sheets on the third try. Couch also had stains. Room was exceptionally poor condition.

Positives: We didn't get to stay at this hotel as the got rid of our room before we got there, sent us to a sister hotel.ans it was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The tub was filthy and there was a urine stain on the bed, the floor had something sticky on it. It was nasty.

Positives: Staff was very polite.

Negatives: Room was not the best. Bathroom door didnt stay open unless it was propped open and then you couldnt close it all the way. Bed was horrible as it squeaked every time you moved and mattress was hard. The morning breakfast didnt have much to pick from.
