Mold in the rooms, dirty sheets and pillowcases. Staff refused to give us more. We had to leave at midnight to find another hotel. It was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. And the staff members were RUDE and didnt do their job AT ALL

Fridge was not working too much noise Friday night outside, I was told no floor rooms on the front and noticed 4 rooms on the front were empty for the whole weekend, issues with the keycard.

My room was soiled and the lock physically fell off the door. The frame had been kicked in and was filled with foam. The fruit was not fresh. There was no gym available as listed. This was not a safe or sanitary place to stay.

The location is ok near a lot of eating places and shopping

First I made reservations weeks before arrival for a King bed room! Yet the day of arrival I was contacted telling me I was bumped to a double room! No compensation was given for the room down grade!
Then I had to share the room with other guests as i had to kill not one, not two, not three, but Four Roaches! Two on the wall across from the bed a two in the bathroom! Again no compensation was given for the horrible experience! There are several other hotels in the area and when I return I will visit them as this one was a DISASTER!

Dirtiest, most rundown hotel I have ever stayed. Bedspreads were stained & disgusting. The front of the refrigerator. The door had a visible gap all the way around it. They filled it in with spray foam around the lock area. The air conditioner loud.
Positives:
There was absolutely nothing I liked about this place it was filthy. If I could give it a 0 rating I would.
Negatives:
We were supposed to stay in a non smoking room and was greeted with a wall of cigar smoke when we opened the door. The chairs in the room were stained/torn up by a cat. Pillows were discolored. Curtains and bottom of the walls were dirty. I felt nasty in this place. I refused to sit down so we could book another hotel. I had to crouch down while holding all my stuff.
