we did have road noise, but nothing could be helped in that matter.
I would have loved a shower, but tub/shower was ok. I feel there should have been a handrail in the tub, cause floor was a degree of slippery.

This is stopping point after a 14 hour long drive. Location is perfect for us, along with accommodations. Specifically breakfast, as we are not in the right motivation for anything, and it's nice to just wake up and have a hot meal available to us.
Negatives:
Sometimes when we come, the certifications for the elevator are lapsed or about to lapse. It seems we come right around renewal date, and sometimes the elevator isn't working at all, and then we are on the 3rd floor. Which isn't ideal. I just worry about the safety of the elevator when we are here, as it's quite noisy.

The rooms were big and accommodated our family. Our room was a pet friendly room.
Negatives:
Despite being a pet friendly hotel/room, apparently pet friendly doesn’t include cats. Our cat that was crated with food, water, and litter box inside his crate was not allowed to stay in our hotel room and we had to relocate him during our stay. The pull out couch in our room was literally falling apart!

Bathtub was dirty. Bathtub faucet dripped, bathroom sink dripped and toilet running. Curtains were soiled and missing hooks. Couldn’t keep curtain shut. TV was terrible!! Bed spread had dirt spots on it. The room was dirty and in need of repair!! Very dissatisfied
