Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. Pool was dirty wasn't able to swim which was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. Then is was hot/muggy in the whole hotel. AC in room didn't work properly room temp was uncomfortable and we had 2 queen beds and ours was slopped at the head which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Bathroom curtain was not correct size which cause floor to always get wet.

The people are what makes this hotel the BEST in the area- They are always very welcoming- and hard-working- communication was fantastic and they always greet you with a beautiful smile! GREAT location - Dog-friendly - big area to walk our dogs too- this is one of the main reasons we keep coming back-
Negatives:
our room 104 had issues with the TV- it kept jamming - Is something wrong with that specific TV? Been there before and never had this problem because we were only staying one night we didn't ask for help - but want them to know - also the hot water took a long time to kick in- never had the problem in the past stays- maybe there are just issues with this room? OVER all an amazing stay
