Negatives: The rooms wasn’t what was shown on the internet

Negatives: Everything! Our room was disgusting. Upon arrival, all counter surfaces were dirty and sticky. Sticky drink rings all over the bedside table and the other countertops. The mirror on the wall was dirty and had handprints on it. The room looked like housekeeping merely changed the bedding and that was all. It stunk. Our shoes stuck to the linoleum floor as we walked across it because it was caked with grime & filth. My husband wiped a spot on the floor with a hotel pool towel in an attempt to clean it, but we quickly realized we would need more than a towel. Pics are attached to this review for proof of the filth. There was a nail sticking out of the wall near the floor, by one of the beds, and when my son got out of bed the first morning, it cut his foot. The AC circulated air, but failed to cool the room. The "included breakfast" that was advertised was merely a frozen waffle you could stick in a DIRTY toaster and warm up. Zero coffee was made because the attendant was too busy watching his phone to be bothered. Probably wouldn't have drank it anyway...it was obvious the coffee pot hadn't been washed in quite some time. The female staff constantly stood outside the office door to smoke- right at the entrance to the stairs, so we were forced (numerous times) to walk through cigarette smoke in order to get to our room. Plenty of other places to take a smoke break, but they repeatedly did so right in the path to our room...despite watching us hold our breath and try to wave the smoke away as we walked by. Ants came out of the shower head each time we showered, and the faucet handle completely came off each time we turned the water on. There were what appeared to be long-term male residents on the bottom level that loitered outside the rooms, smoking cigars and "people watching" Saturday & Sunday, making us feel uncomfortable. We also noticed some questionable business transactions taking place during our stay...

Negatives: Other tenants was having a party every night. you could hear right through the walls. .I had children and people above us and beside us was doing adult things and my children heard them. there was loud music all hours of the night. you had people running around like it was play time all hours of the night. when I told staff their response was will you should have called The Police . This went on for all 3 nights that I stayed there. NEVER AGAIN. As soon as we opened the door we were killing roaches.
