It was an extremely nice property, clean, beautiful view, I like how it’s not far from the city of Fultondale.

It was in an awkward location. Like I almost passed it bc it seemed like it was ducked off up a hill.

I love the location because it is close to my family when we visit for Christmas, etc. I grew up in Mt. Olive.
Negatives:
The staff were rude and lazy. We have stayed here for 4 years at Christmas and the staff was much better. The room was not as clean as it was on previous stays. There used to be a really sweet lady at the desk but this year they were rude and hid in the back not trying to be helpful. The people who were taking care of breakfast were great. I hope this improves but we probably won’t stay there again. That makes me sad because I love the location.

Positives:
The room was great, perfect for my family, and close to the fultondale shopping center and food. Second, stay here and would stay again, the room was clean, and plenty of towels, front desk staff were very nice.
Negatives:
The only issue we had was that the people above us were extremely inconsiderate and very loud... so even though the bed and room were very comfortable, the noise prevented sleep. There is not 1 issue with the hotel itself. Just inconsiderate guests ...
