Positives:
Location and staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was nice pork sausage, pork gravy ( couldn't eat due to food allergy to pork), but biscuits, eggs, can make your own waffles. Fruit, cereal, nice variety. Kids enjoyed what we were able to eat. The breakfast attendant was outstanding. She was very kind and helpful. Clean room, no smells!
Negatives:
The pool was not open as advertised on the app. It was also very small compared to the photos on this site. It was more like the size of a hot tub. I didn't get the room I paid for through the booking app. The location blamed the booking company for the misrepresentation of what I paid for versus what I got. They were trying to charge me an extra 89 dollars for the room I already paid for through booking. And stated they couldn't see what I paid and couldn't validate it, but it shows I paid for my stay. Advised next time to use the company website and not a 3rd party vendor. So we were able to get a smaller room. For 5 people, it was a little crampped but manageable. After driving 6 1/2 hours with kids and being 7 months pregnant, i took what I could get.The sink was stopped up. Small workout area. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. So I wouldn't recommend sleeping on it unless you want back pain! But the sofa itself is okay. There was trash under the sofa when the bed was pulled out. Bad TV channel variety. Wifi doesn't even have a password on it.
