We asked for a pet friendly room on the first floor but were told that nothing was available. That night and in the morning, there were only 4 or 5 cars on our side of the motel that had at least 25 rooms so there was a downstairs room available. The desk clerk just did not want tp take a few minutes and change the room. Very disappointing as my wife has issues with her knees.
