It was close to a restaurant and the interstate

The rude women that claimed she was the manager if I never seen someone so rude with a job title like her's

There were roaches crawling everywhere. You couldn't use the microwave roaches started crawling from all over. It was horrible experience. A worker stood in front of our door yelling and cursing at around 7:30 am. I have videos!

They are not cleaning these rooms. Just washing the sheets. Dust dirt and blood on the furniture

The towels needed to be replaced!! Very poor quality. The bath mat had large dirty stain that didn't come out after washing. I complained to desk& housekeeping head staff. Said they don't throw away or replace as goes on floor!!!

Front desk lady was nice when we chose not to stay and asked for refund

It was dirty, floor had not been swept. There were toe nail clippings on the floor, black stains on the bedding along with roaches, and someone elses food left in the microwave. We didnt stay and asked for a refund. We are still waiting on the refund!

I checked in only to find roaches in microwave and in fridge also counters .I was able to change rooms and still had issues tv remote not working and microwave had old food was very clear staff not checking rooms thoroughly

The state of this room was simply appalling. Dirt and dust in every possible corner, rust on every available metal surface, and poorly painted walls made for a rather bleak view. Just gross, this placed should be shut down by inspectors.

The room was not clean and the bed was extremely soft. The furnishings were dated. I just got in my car and drove to another hotel and got another room. I did not spend the night their.
