The breakfast was great. Love the turkey and chicken choices. The bags of ice were really convenient too.

As a family of 5 I had to go to the front desk after ariving for more towels and covers for the sofa bed. The kitchenette had small bugs around the sink, so we didn't use it. I used the computer in the business center only to find out the printer doesn't work. The administrator did print my tickets to the park for me which was really nice of her.

The room was bigger than I expected. It had plenty of space and loved the kitchen. We didnt have to spend money on take out because we cooked for ourselves. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend

There should have been at least 2 elevators. Had to wait for an empty elevator quite a few times. There were either guests with dogs or guests with multiple carts on elevator and we had to wait because our mother is in a wheelchair and we couldnt fit.
