That this hotel was not in Port Lavaca, Texas, which is where we spent 5 nights.

The night time staff is rude and unavailable. First night no one was at the desk and their car was parked in the carport out front allowing no one to come in. Second night she acted as if I was an inconvenience and had to finish what she was doing on her phone before assisting me. Worst Hilton staff experience.

The staff entered the room while we were at breakfast and took the snacks and other items from our kitchenette counter without asking. Staff returned later once we went back to the room and knocked and enter again before we could answer the door..The other 2 rooms that were occupied by our friends. Were also entered by staff before they checked out.. one of the rooms bed was stripped and the other room staff walked in while occupied.
Staff should not enter the rooms unless occupant has checked out at front desk.
