Only one thin flimsy pillow provided per person, didnt get any extras because they had none. The fridge was rusty and looked terrible outside but was spotless inside at least. There were bugs and that was gross. Black mold above the shower.

This is the nastiest place I have ever stayed in all of my years of travel. It smelled like hundred-year-old cigarettes before you even walked in the door, and I had to cover my mouth going down the hallway to my room because the smell was so bad.

Well the fact that the manager called me a liar about my booking.. I didn't have a room when I got there but they damn sure took my money.. then after two hrs I finally got a dumpy ass room and the keys didn't work randomly all weekend .. I wanted to like it but it was very disappointing

Booking.com allowed us to book this hotel and so did their own website only for us to show up and be turned away because their site "doesn't work properly" - they had no rooms. They have charged us still and we had to find a hotel room 30 mins away. They do not care - Booking.com or the hotel.

I did not even sleep at the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel and waiting an additional 30 minutes after check-in time there was no room clean and available. The manager Marsha was very rude and disrespectful about not having room ready. This booking had been made for 2weeks. This experience was dreadful..... If these are the type of places that you offer on your website, I would never use the site again.
