The roof didnt leak!

We walked in after paying more than any other hotel in the area to an OVEN then found massive amounts to of burn holes in the top sheets, an unbelievable amount of other random different colored stains all over the sheets (many many large clearly visible stains). 2 hand towels to use after showering. Homeless walking around pushing buggies all night. Nothing and I mean nothing in the photos came close to resembling the photos I had to go off of in the advertisement, much less the ratings have clearly been falsified to accomplish a 4.3 star rating.

The clerk was friendly but a little unclear on directions.

1. The carpet was grungy and there was so much cat hair, stuck everywhere. I AM ALLERGIC to Cat hair.
2. Because there was evidence from cats and kitty litter, obviously room was not cleaned well enough to get rid of the hair! Kitty litter leaves a sandy grit in carpet and should vaccumed well then carpet steamed and vaccum Again.
3. Check out time is 11AM. Why did the owner come pound on our door at 7AM? My husband just shut the door ... no clue what or why he was waking us up. VERY ANNOYING.
4. Our party was split to opposing sides of the building. Irritating but we went with it, too tired when checking in really late at night.
5. Location is behind the Taco Bell drive thru LOUD speakers. Traveling brings about all types of nuisances, but some are ridiculous
