The staff was very nice.
Negatives:
The bed was terrible. Looks comfortable and then when 2 people go to sleep, you both slide into the middle as there is a big hole in the center...not good! Breakfast was mediocre at best. Powdered eggs....umm yum! Shower was very hot at times and did not adjust well. A younger child could be scalded.

Our room was shabby and smelled of cigarettes. We likely were placed in one of worst rooms because we were traveling with a dog and requested a ground floor room with exterior entrance.
