It was so bad we checked right back out & left. Lights weren’t more than 25 watts, fridge was frozen & didn’t work, my husband opened the microwave & got sick from the smell, we’re no glasses not even paper cups, the beds had no bedspreads, crumbs on the desk & floor, people hanging off the balcony yelling, elevator was broken, & to top it off, when we went to the office to check back out, there were ATF agents in the office. The poor guy Michael did his best, but was really overwhelmed. It was truly crack central. I’ve already informed days inn, & Wyndham.

This woman name gaby who worked the front desk she kept my $100 deposit said I was smoking in the room when I wasn't I saw her put the 100 in her pocket instead of leaving it in the register then threatened me with security and law enforcement to leave the premises before she called them I am past disappointed I will not be coming back until that lady is fired she's gonna run a lot of business away

Security deposit required which was a surprise, no towels in the room, bathroom extremely small, minimal food choices for breakfast, elevator not working, no coffee maker in room, no phone in room, bugs in tub, constant homeless pedestrian traffic in parking lot

Wifi was n & out alot. Elevator wasn't working at first. But new owners got it taken care of. Property looks great. Lot of work has been done.
