The room smelled of old water. Found roaches in the room. It seems there was some type of water damage that the roaches were attracted to. This made the stay uncomfortable. My other family also shared the same experience as well as they stayed on the same floor.

The ladies in the front were very friendly and helpful. Some of the housekeeping staff were really great.

The beds were not comfortable. The furniture was old and stained. We had bugs in the first room.

The staff at this location made the stay decent. Its not a very clean. They ran out of Juice and we only had it one day

They honored our first floor request.
Negatives:
They allow pets but no smoking rooms. I feel smoking rooms should be on the top floor. Smoke goes up right?. Most first floors are for pets. I requested the first floor so I don't have to always walk down the stairs and go outside to smoke at night. This potentially can be a security issue.
