We needed fresh towels , so I walked around to the front desk and ended up standing and standing while the night clerk talked on the phone and a lady that’s suppose to do laundry was sitting on her cell phone . The male clerk told me to bring him the dirty towels in my room before he can give me new ones because he would have to wash them , I did exactly what he told me to do and he said he would have to find some. I was really angry . The lady came out the laundry room and gave me 3 towels and said I wish you all had said something before I put my key up. I told her out of all the times I used Residence Inn and other hotels I have never been treated so bad .

Improvements needed with coffee station.
Location of the Inn in Mobile. Size of the 1-bedroom suite/ bath was great.
Negatives:
Cable T.V. Reception (not consistent); roaches crawling in kitchen and cabinets; horrible smell in room (needed to burn candles); hallway was drenched with smell of insecticide for 2 nights (overwhelming).
Filthy air filter and dust on furniture upon checkin.

There was no hot water for the first 2"nights and most of the next day. Hotel staff did not tell customers when their boiler would be fixed and were mostly uncommunicative. Despite the inconvenience, the hotel refused to make any adjustments to the price

Location and full kitchen. Staff was great.
Negatives:
You do NOT have a tennis court at this hotel. More like a pickleball court. Would be better to advertise that way because its false to say its a tennis court. Also the elevator was broken my entire stay.

We were coming back home from a funeral so we just needed some place that didnt gave us more worries, our stay here was great from start to finish, everything clean, breakfast on point and staff was kind and respectful and considered. Thank you
