The hotel was being renovated, and when they sent out the email, they said transformation. They did not say the restaurant was closed or that valet was also closed. The water pressure was terrible and I left my room at 7:30 am by the time I returned around 4:30 it still hadn't been cleaned. I was sent an email about my stay, and when I complained about the water pressure and asked for a discount, I was ignored. When I checked out the next day and expressed my concern to the front desk clerk, she didn't apologize and said management said we can't give discounts because of the renovation. No, I'm sorry.. no next time we will be much better... if you come back, we will comp you a meal NOTHING. I have stayed with this hotel before, but after this stay, NEVER AGAIN. I don't care how close to the venue it is they will never get another dime from me or my family and friends!!!

The whole place from the lobby to the room reeked of water damage. Just that old musty damp smell like an old house that was flooded. And their was visible water damage from a hole in the ceiling of the room I stayed in that was covered in mold. Also the carpet was buckled/bunched up in certain spots throughout the halls and room I was in.

We were at the restaurant of the hotel and NO one waited on us. We were there for 30 mins and no one came to us while we were seated. When we asked the older guy, he said I will be there, MAAM but he never did so we left and told the concierge. All they could say was Im sorry.
Negatives:
The hotel staff in the restaurant never waited on us. We were there to eat breakfast and the waiter never did come to us. They were aware we were seated and never came. 30 mins or more came by and no one came to us. Horrible! Horrible!
