I was harassed the day of around 2pm for an updated card and I was told my room would be canceled @3pm if I didn't update my information. The clerk was very rude and I just booked another hotel so I wouldn't have to tolerate unprofessionalism.

Everything was great, sole purpose was only to Lay our head somewhere, major of the day was spent at the casino.So the stay wasn’t even 24 hours. Loved the location, and the whole look and feel of the Hotel. Was very clean and well maintained.

My room was not cleaned properly. The sheets on the bed were not clean and fresh. The trash bins in both the bathroom and kitchen area still had trash in them from the previous stay/guest. The kitchen area sink was leaking water. I paid $176 for a room that was worth way less. I am not pleased. I have pictures for evidence!
