Artwork in Hotel is beautiful and location was great!

About 20 cars in parking lot that were police cars and yet we had a Panhandler asking for money hanging out by our car after we spent an extra $20 for parking? Staff needs to work on people skills. We did not feel welcome like we have on other Hiltons.
Positives:
My room was spacious & breakfast was delicious! The hotel is across from the conference center. Certain employees were so polite and helpful: the gentleman at the omelet station & at the front desk. These employees made my stay great.
Negatives:
The bar @ entrance to parking area was broken; we couldn't get in. There were no luggage carts available. The female employee @ the front desk (from Omaha, NE) was impolite and unhelpful; she wouldn't even look up from her computer to speak to me.

Got charged 20 fee for incidentals deposit that ended up being charged and not yet refunded

Friendly staff comfortable bedding spacious room great breakfast and great location.

Yes the hotel lost power for roughly 2 hours. Therefore the room was extremely cold causing myself and the other person that traveled with me to become sick we both have colds and fever.
