Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Your office states start time of 9a. I was traveling from Ohio for a family funeral. Although you all didn't guarantee early check-in...you all didn't open until after 930a!

Where do i start? The front desk person was slow. There was to many people hanging out around the building. Etc

They did not have the room I selected reserved. Place smelled of weedeverywhere. It appeared that whole families were using this place as permanent residence.

The hotel had a linen fee that was not included in the price. I was told because I was staying more than 1 day but yet no one came in the next day to clean or change the linen. So I am curious as to why $10 dollar fee? my room did not have a microwave?

I didn’t like that when I showed up to the property at 11:15 pm no one was available at the property. My car had broken down and someone was giving me a ride I had my kids and dog with me. I waited for 15 minutes still no one available and called the numbers posted still nothing. So I left and booked somewhere else and I was still charged for the room. Worst experience
