Negatives: Better room all around

Negatives: That the room was not clean the room was messed holes in the wall air conditioner not working door latch was broke addicts all around the building housekeeping mingle with the customers smoking and drinking it was very dirty outside they had a few bugs covers and stuff was dirty

Negatives: It had none of the common amenities that it said none of them

Negatives: there were people hanging out the rooms was not clean. We did not get a chance to check in because the cashier access to go look at the room, and it was not clean at all. The bed was nasty.

Negatives: I got there and was told I had to pay a $20 cash deposit for the room ok I did because at that point I didn't have any where to stay and I was desperate to get some rest I had just lost everything in a house fire and was tired the first room she put me in the TV was broken the refrigerator was filthy it hadn't been cleaned at all so she moved me to the next room which really wasn't any better the TV worked but there was no microwave I spoke with the house keeping lady who I'll get to in a minute I went the whole stay with no way of warming my food up so I try to get some sleep when I felt something crawling on me woke up with bumps all over my back spoke to the lady in house keeping she told me without any shame she doesn't change the sheets only the top covers and the pillow cases and that the front office was aware of what was going on. Not to mention the things that go on outside the next morning a young Lady was stabbed in the neck which was very terrifying to witness I tried to get my money back and found out that there is no $20 deposit and that was all I got back you all should really remove this hotel from your site

Negatives: Rooms were disgusting! Cigarette burns in all bed linen. One of the two beds were dirty from previous guests.Room did not have bathroom tissue,or towels, floor was gross don’t think it had been swept or mopped due to the dirty sock behind the door.toilet seat was broken and was missing half. Floor was dirty, microwave looked like it had never been cleaned. refrigerator worked great but was dirty and had a dead roach inside. Had several guests asking us for drugs and cigarettes every time we went to walk dogs. Very unsafe. I will never be back!!

Negatives: The fact I had a roof over my head

Negatives: It was nasty no house keeping for real charging me for dog ain’t charge anyone else wouldn’t give me tissue or towels cause wasn’t no house keeping

Negatives: stoned employee, charged me $20 more than indicated in the receipt and in the booking
