Location was good, close to the interstate and easy to get to. Parking lot was well lit.
Negatives:
Terrible smell in the elevator. Very noisy. Room was much smaller than anticipated. Limited breakfast items and the milk was spoiled.

Positives:
The staff was friendly and professional. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is located in a quiet area close to the interstate but set back from main roads and there is no traffic noise. The A/C works very well. Most of the time the hotel (other guests) were quiet. Rooms (walls) seem well insulated. Room has coffee pot, microwave, small fridge, ironing board and iron, full length mirror, small closet and dresser and a safe. Breakfast was simple but adequate with beverages, fruit, yogurt, cereals, waffles and a variety of breads for toast.
Negatives:
The hotel is in the process of being renovated (March 2024), which is the source of most of what we weren't happy with. The room is worn (carpet, bathroom) & needs renovation. That's being taken care of. We chose this hotel because it has a workout room but it was closed. This should be open after reno is done. Saturday night guests were in the hallway talking loudly/slamming doors until late at night. Sound from hallway comes into room. Refrigerator didn't work great, maybe they'll be replaced with new ones during reno?

I didn’t like how my reservation was canceled before I got there! He asked for my card numbers over the phone because the card I put on file was locked just for this reason. Check in was 4:00 my reservation was canceled at 4:18! I told him I would be there by 6 he told me that was too late & canceled it. I wouldn’t stay here or recommend! I don’t understand why my card was being ran before I got there & I was using a whole different pay method!
