I had to get my keys ready reprogrammed every day The elevator abruptly stopped while taking me to the third-floor, causing me to spill my coffee everywhere.

Floors were dirty in the room and elevator. Dirty on top of the air conditioner. All lights were dim. No kleenex and told out of stock. Large bug crawling on the wall. The room never got as cool to be comfortable. I don't know what they recently renovated. It certainly was not the rooms.
